Good things in life

2005 is almost gone and now it's time to celebrate the good things in life. Maybe this yr wasn't perfect, I think there will never be one and that's great, because we always have something to pursue and this means growing.
2005 will be remarkable for all those things that I have done, but most of all for the people that made part of my life. 2005 brought me back the sense of passion about people I thought I've lost and I'm very grateful for this.

Professional issues are taking all my energy.. I'm so concerned about.. well, stuff that I just can't handle a trainning schedule... It's awful, and I'm just not finding my way out of the cicle.
Today I read a post by tony robins about goal setting, maybe this is a way... let's see.. hope this week I'm back to blog, and with this with more energy!

Hawaii

One thing we have to face in life is that not every day is a sunny day. I'm feelling bad... sick and tired.. plus work is quite confuse and very annoying.. sstill love my job.. but it's hard to keep the mood while your stomach aches so badly that you can't even think about having a glass of water.. jeez.. will be a long day... actually it would have been.. I just took a moment right now and started reading Mitch Tower's blog... all those amazing Hawaii photos just gave me all my energy back... my stomach is still complaiting but I don't mind: I'm on way way through Kona!

Execution

I've been reading lots of business bokks lately.. Now I'm on my way through "Execution: the discipline of getting things done" by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charam and besides of the thinking about management abilities and so on the book gave me a bit of advice on my trainning and it made me wonder about my goals, but most of all about the path to accomplish all of them.
Have you broke your major goals into smaller steps? It's good... I'm feeling more focused and my schedule seems to be better suited to my daily life - not anymore that kind of planning "wanna do and have it all" that I'm used to...
It worths the review...

Maybe I should have call this post "trainning by business" :-)

see you in the races (my last race will be on decebemer, 31st and this saturday i'm already schedueled for a short 6k race)...

New Yrs Resolution

Havve you tought about 2006 and set your goals? I haven't.. and I'm late (and feeling late). And the feelling just grew as I read this quote: Short answer: Being part of the commodity crowd erodes your value.
Damn good... and quite true.. now the next question: how to get out of the middle pack? I'm working on it... are you?
