1h30

Just 1h30 and it was all... but I'm really glad about it: 45min bike plus 45min run under a burning sun...
Today I'm scheduled for a swin session followed by a yoga class... Hope to find my way back to an active sports life. I'm supposed to start spanish classes and this means less time.. nd less time means that I'll be more focused and this means that is very likely that I'll follow my trainning schedule sharply ;-)

Read a Deepak Chopra's book this weekend.. good reading... this week I'll finish the Fifth Discipline and will start a new book about Shackleton...

looking for a trip to Amchu Picchu.. gonna write more soon!

1/2 marathon

I won't blame lack of time, money, whatsoever for my lack of running trainning.. I was off... just this...
but now I'm back and enrolled on the first 1/2 marathon of the yr.... this yr will probably the yr of short races, but I still must figure out exactly what I wanna do...

Now I'm leaving for a 45 minutes run... let's see how I feel...

Next week I promise to write more often and bring out news...

btw - read a lot of books lately... I'll comment on them tooo

last but not least - an interesting quote from Grey's Anatomy -

Sometimes reality has a way of sneaking up and biting us in the ass. And when the dam bursts, all you can do is swim. The world of pretend is a cage, not a cocoon. We can only lie to ourselves for so long. We are tired, we are scared, denying it doesn't change the truth. Sooner or later we have to put aside our denial and face the world. Head on, guns blazing. De Nile. It's not just a river in Egypt, it's a freakin' ocean. So how do you keep from drowning in it?
